Guest Chef series kick-off with Chef Chris Bork on June 30th

The first of The Purple Martin‘s guest chef dinners is coming up this Monday, June 30th kicked off with Chef Chris Bork’s (formerly of Blood and Sand) five course dinner celebrating the flavors of Chinese-American comfort food.

“Orange Chicken” – Chicken wing smoked and confit,
orange, chilis, puffed rice.

“Egg Drop Soup” – Quail egg, dashi, sesame, green onion.

“Roast Duck with pancakes” – Duck sausage, pancake, cucumber, hoisin sauce.

“Sweet and Sour Pork” – Pork belly, pineapple, fennel, vanilla bean.

“Fortune Cookie” – Cannoli style.
